CANNABIS RETURN POLICY

Sunburst Pharm will accept, for return or exchange, any defective cannabis or cannabis products with their original packaging and labeling within 30 days after the initial purchase.

An adult-use consumer, qualifying patient, or registered caregiver seeking to dispose of unwanted product purchased from the dispensary for destruction may do so at any time.

All sales of glass & smoking accessories (eg. hand pipes, gravity bong, water pipes, dab straws, etc) are final. We encourage customers to inspect all products prior to purchase to ensure they are happy with the item before leaving. Once the item has left the store it can no longer be returned.

Electronic, non-glass smoking accessories (eg. vape machines, e-nails) can only be returned if the item is found to have a manufacturer’s defect. Defective items must be returned within 72- hours of the initial purchase with the original receipt.
